Spacestation is currently migrating from Arcus to I3E. Arcus and Spacestation services may be temporarily unavailable during this transition.
Access to digital engineering environments, data platforms, and web applications are handled by the environments and platforms themselves. Information on how to request access to environments and platforms is available below.
Platforms
Arcus
If Your Program Already Funds an Arcus Application
If your program is already using one or more Arcus tools:
Register for an Arcus Account
Go to https://arcus.mil and register for an account using a CAC or ECA. This is required to access any Arcus tools.
Contact Your Program Administrator
Reach out to your program’s admin or technical lead. They are responsible for approving and initiating access requests.
Submit Your Request
Once approved, your program admin will coordinate with Arcus to provision access to the requested tools.
What to Expect
You’ll be added to the appropriate project or group (e.g., a Jira project or GitLab group). Access will be configured based on your role and the program’s setup.
Need Help Finding Your Admin?
If you’re unsure who to contact, reach out to the Arcus team at with your name, organization, and the tools you need access to. They’ll help route your request.
If Your Program Is Interested in Funding Arcus Applications
If your program is not yet using Arcus tools but would like to:
Start the Conversation
Reach out to the Arcus team at to express interest. Include:
Your program name
The tools you’re interested in
A point of contact for follow-up
Understand the Process
The Arcus team will guide you through:
Available services
Setup and provisioning
Any necessary approvals or onboarding steps
Once Approved
Your program will be able to:
Sponsor access for its users
Manage its own projects and permissions
Coordinate directly with Arcus for support and scaling
Platform One
The following Platform One resources can be accessed with a CAC
Requests for access to Spacestation is managed by the Spacestation helpdesk and requires an Arcus account. To request and receive access to Spacestation, a current CAC or ECA is required. Follow the below steps in order to request an account:
Enter "Spacestation Account Request" as the subject.
In the email body, type out your full name, your request for access to Spacestation, and answer the following questions:
Which Organization does the user belong to?
Who is the manager or project owner the user reports to?
Which Jira/Confluence projects and/or RDS access is required?
Attach your current cyber awareness certificate to the email.
Send the email.
Access to Software
In general, access to software depends on the project the a user is supporting, and access to that software is automatically granted. To request access to additional software you must email after receiving approval from their government lead. To request access to high-cost license applications (e.g. CAMEO, STK), you must first consult your project lead and government lead.
Subspace
There are four key requirements for requesting access to Subspace in addition to a current CAC. These are:
Signed DD2875
Cyber Awareness Certificate
Government Sponsor Signature
ISSO/ISSM Signature
Steps
Email Brandon Seawell () and Chadwick Sylvester () with Capt. Calvin Suratos () and Piere Marc Paras () on CC
Response will include the required attachments:
DD2875 (sign and return)
AF Rules of Behavior and Acceptable Use Form (sign and return)
Sign and return documents and include your Cyber Awareness Certificate via e-mail or DoD SAFE.
Internal Subspace Team will contact new user with account information.
Initial Password will be sent via DoD Safe (or Signal App if phone number is provided).
Additional requesting access information:
Specific DD2875 Instructions:
Choose "Request" Type.
Complete sections 1-4, 6, 8, 9.
Complete section 10 and include date completed.
Digitally sign with CAC.
Specific Acceptable Use Standards Instructions:
Complete section 1, 3, and 5.
For SpaceDEN direct users: use SSC/BC-SZ for 2.
Digitally sign with CAC.
User Passwords
Cannot be changed more often than once every 24 hours.
Use at least 8 characters for users, 12 characters for administrators.
Contain three (3) of the following four (4) character classes:
Uppercase characters (A-Z)
Lowercase characters (a-z)
Numbers (0-9)
Special characters (e.g., !@#$%^&*)
Can NOT contain any part of your name or username.
When Keycloak page pops-up, login using issued username and initial password.
Choose Windows to change initial password; username will already be populated.
Choose “Ctrl+Alt+Delete” and choose “Change a password” in the pop-up.
Enter new password twice.
Access to Software
Tools on the Subspace environment are not granted on an individual basis. All tools on the environment are available to all users.
Email POCs Brandon Seawell () and Chadwick Sylvester () for additional information or assistance.
LaunchPad
Getting Started with LaunchPad
To gain LaunchPad access, you’ll need to request a DPaaS account by following these steps in order:
Identify a government POC who will manage access at the program level. This POC will maintain the 2875-like process of certifying all people in a program who have completed cyber certification. This POC will also ensure proper data access clearance and serve as a liaison for the DPaaS org and the DTO.
Create a Platform One account that’s connected to your CAC, with a username 20 characters or less in length. If you don’t already have an account, you can set one up at https://sso-info.il2.dso.mil/.
For full details and helpful resources, please visit dafdto.com/launchpad. Feel free to reach out to if you have questions or would like to share input.
For I3E Environment Selection, specify if you are requesting an IL4 or Commercial account.
Make sure to complete User Citizenship, User Designation, and User Organization sections.
Select the applications you are requesting access to.
Select Account Type: User level Access or Admin Level Access to the application.
Complete Acknowledgements and submit.
Once the request is submitted, the I3E helpdesk team will receive the request and begin the account creation process. The I3E helpdesk will communicate through the user provided email with any additional steps or requirements.
When the account has been approved and created, the I3e Helpdesk team will begin the account creation process.
For SpaceForce.mil of US.AF.mil users, a guest user account will be created in the I3E Tenant using your .mil credentials. Once the guest account has been created, you will receive an email to accept the guest invite.
For all other users, the helpdesk team will reach out to you with your i3e account credentials and any other steps that must be taken.
Additional Steps
Users requesting admin level accounts will need to complete a Privileged Account Access form which will be provided by the I3E helpdesk team.
Data Platforms
Warp Core
To request access to Warp Core, a current CAC is required. Complete the following steps:
Your Team POC or SEV POC must configure your permissions for specific modules.
For additional support, contact the SEV team at or refer to the LCMP FAQ.
UDL
Account Creation
Users can create UDL accounts either with PKI (CAC) or a username and password. To create an account, navigate to https://accounts.unifieddatalibrary.com/ and click the "Sign Up" link. From there, users can select either account creation method.
Advana
Account Creation
All users receive "Default Access" immediately after hitting the Advana homepage from a GFE with a valid CAC. A listing of the specific access provided can be found on the Default Access page. If additional access is needed, a Service Desk ticket will need to be submitted here: https://advana.data.mil/landing/servicedesk.
BLADE
The following BLADE resources can be accessed with a CAC. To request access to BLADE, a CAC and GFE are required.
The ELICSAR Homepage provides instructions for requesting access to ELICSAR. To request an account for ELICSAR, ELICSAR-S or ELICSAR-TS, log in to the FAMS portal at https://fams.cce.af.mil and submit a System Authorization Access Request (SAAR).
